Engineers Without Borders

Engineers Without Borders is a nonprofit humanitarian organization established to partner with developing communities worldwide, in order to improve their quality of life. This partnership involves the implementation of sustainable engineering projects, while involving and training internationally responsible engineers.

They aim to give members of the MIT community hands-on international development experience. Join one of their project teams to engineer real change into people’s lives.

Plastics Tanzania: Engineers Without Borders is developing tech to make useful plastic objects out of waste plastic bags.
moringa ghana: Engineers Without Borders is improving techniques for processing native moringa plants into useful products.
